In Collaboration with AIGA Women's Lead Initiative, The Gender Equity Toolkit evolved out of a year-long research project into what the limiting things within the design industry were that are preventing women from progressing to positions of leadership. The resulting toolkit tackles three key areas that emerged from the research process: leadership resilience training, empathy building, and connection forming.
